We highly recommend and will be back

Although we only had one night here, we couldn’t recommended this hotel any more highly. The front desk staff went above and beyond, when we had a problem with misplacing a personal item. By the time housekeeping found it, we were on a flight. It was posted to us in another prefecture. It arrived within days to Niseko. We couldn’t be more grateful

It’s a big corporate hotel chain. The breakfast was very disappointing. I would not stay at a mitsui garden again. I would choose a smaller boutique type hotel.

Great property a short walk from Tokyo station. Walk to restaurants in Ginza, catch a train or metro to where ever. Rooms were particularly well fitted out with little touches that made a big difference. Staff particularly friendly and engaging. Easy storage of luggage before and after stay.

Good clean hotel. Great location with easy transport options. Room sizes were slightly misleading. Hotel not flexible on early check in without payment (even when the room was available).

The room was classified as Superior but was well below the Moderate standard of the MGH Jingugaien The room was supposed to be much larger but the useable space was no different. The bathroom was inferior and the safe box useless for iPad or IMac storage All in all huge disappointment Staff however were excellent high standard of service and very helpful MGH Group sort out your Hotel standard is damaging your brand reputation
