Great location close to ueno station. Beds were hard as a rock and the breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was. Would recommend visiting a more traditional hotel in the area for the same price.

Very close to Ueno line, which gets you everywhere, and the neighborhood had 7/11, Lawson and grocery store within a block. The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker.

Clean room, a few blocks from the Ueno metro station, train station, and Keisei Skyliner. In a quieter area but with fewer restaurants immediately around the hotel, plenty within a little longer walk, though. Family-friendly and worked well for my husband and I.

Very friendly staff and the location is excellent for using the subway (with many destinations accessible by only one subway with no transfers). Very close to the market, which has tons and tons of food and shopping options, less touristy than other markets we came across. Restaurant in the hotel is nothing exciting and overall not as good as the Nohga in Kyoto.

The hotel was within easy walking distance to Ueno station. The staff were very courteous and helpful when asked. The hotel has dining facilities, but unfortunately our schedule did not allow us the opportunities to utilise. Our days comprised very early starts and late returns.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was kept clean each day, dud not replace towells when we requested not to. The only small negative was only a small variety in breakfast.
