Had a good stay surprisingly. First time at a capsule hotel and slept through the night. They do provide you earplugs so that is helpful. As a bigger person the space was actually wider than I thought, I did not feel claustrophobic. For one night it was perfect however staying for more than that, i think would cause more inconvenience as the lockers and shower rooms are on different floors from your capsule so bring everything you need with you to your capsule. There are washrooms on every floors though so thatโs good. There was a bit of peeps struggling with the check in as it is all done in this touch screen, but there is one staff on stand by, just in case.
Fairly cheap and clean. Although only one lift for whole facility, have to wait some time. Sleep pods can be noisy making it hard to get proper sleep, people open the door/go to toilet multiple times each hour.
Perfect introduction to a capsule hotel! Clean and spacious pods. Great location, walkable distance to centre of Shinjuku. Perfect for a cheap stay. My friend found that her back was aching after the stay because the mattress is thin and not the softest but this seems to be a theme with Japanese beds in general.
Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of great time places to eat and more. The hostel was great, clean and always organized.
Will be back for sure :)
