First of all, the staff were great! We felt very well taken care of. The area isn't the hub of action so there really wasn't the amount of selections we would've hoped, in terms of eateries, but it wasn't bad. What was surprising was that you could hear quite a bit of noise from the outside. Our previous hotel was whisper quiet so we were just surprised. We are city dwellers anyway and actually need noise so it wasn't a big deal for us, but just a warning in case you thought being in a 30 story hotel would shield you from outside noise. Overall, I have no complaints. Rooms were huge, by Japan standards and very close to stations for your convenience. Hope to visit again soon!

Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The hotel's in a bit more of a business area, but still very accessible to trains, close walk to Ginza, etc. Would recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous property with exceptional customer service! It's an art hotel, and its beauty permeates throughout the entire property. Breakfasts were included, and delicious! Book the afternoon tea - it's worth it, and the views from the hotel are incredible!

The hotel was great. The location is conveniently next to 2 metro stations with lines going straight to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Asakusa areas. The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely stay here and we would greatly recommend it to others.

This property was outstanding. The staff were so friendly in helping me find dinner options each night and even booking reservations for me. The room was adorable! I had the artist series room called 47 Vegetables. It was very quiet and cozy. The area around the hotel is close to two major subway lines and it was very easy to get around the city. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed the artwork thoughout the property. Very unique. The Art restaurant served very good quality meals with a wonderful view. Easy access by cab to Tokyo train station and on to the airports by train.
