The property was absolutely beautiful. It was in a wonderful location and it was very unusual because it started on the 25th floor and the rooms wrapped in a circle around the lobby area from the 26th through the 34th floor. Our first room was incredibly basic and small. they told us they did not have the VIP upgrade. However, I was able to pay to be upgraded so… They did not really honor my upgrade. The last night we paid even more to stay in an artist room. I wish I would've done it the entire time because that room was amazing.
