The hotel is very pretty and clean. I particularly enjoy the digital view of the laundry room to determine when a load is done. Convenience 7-11 near the hotel. Very beautiful interior.

Room is great but check-in was a struggle. The gentleman was lovely but struggled to understand a request we had multiple times due to language barrier (we’d paid for breakfast but couldn’t have it due to an early flight, and we asked if they could supply a breakfast box. This is not the fault of the individual but this is a hotel with international guests. There were three staff members and none could assist - in fact one almost seemed grumpy. Again this is not the fault of the kind staff member that checked us in, but the hotel should have a mix of staff that can assist with speaking English in such a hotel. In the end we were left without any breakfast but it was more the barrier of trying to explain our request.
