This was a super affordable, easy to navigate hotel. While the sleeping conditions were not comparable with a regular hotel, they were still clean and satisfactory.
Convenient location and decent service! Great view from the cafe area which has free drinks and which you can use for some time even after check-out. Wish the elevator situation got a little bit better, as there is only a single elevator that goes up to the place and it is also shared with the other tenant of the building -- a restaurant (it sometimes gets smelly in the elevator cabin as a result).
The woman who checked me in was very rude. I was not particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and the bathrooms were quite dirty. Very noisy accommodation, but that’s typical for a capsule hotel. Overall would not recommend this
A great stay- lovely view, amenities, staff, cleanliness and the location is superb. The pod mattresses are thinner but ok for a few nights stay. It can also get a bit too warm in the pods at night but air conditioning can be adjusted by staff to fix this.
Capsules are extremely clean staff is attentive and do a great job at speaking English. Cafe area is well kept and clean.
My only complaint would be that they only have one washing machine and the 4th floor restroom smelled like pee at all times. Other than that, this place was great!
Seems more like a hostel than a hotel. 1st time ever doing a capsule hotel so didn't know what to expect. Getting older now and was kind of annoying being surrounded by younger guys.

The capsule experience was not what I thought it would be. While the bathrooms are clean and the luggage storage area is convenient, the sleeping situation was not great. The capsules are pretty cool looking, but on the inside the beds are pretty thin, and the pillows are stiff. There also isn’t any sort of white noise or noise blocking within the capsules, so conversations that others are having and loud snoring can be easily heard in the capsules. This made it very hard to get a decent nights sleep.
Great location. Lots of food options on the street. 2 minute walk from train station. 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. Capsules were clean, comfortable and modern. Showers and toilets were all clean. Lockers were adequate size for storage. Great view from the lounge. Free drinks, pajamas, toiletries as well was a nice touch. Great place to stay.
Overall at the capsule are really good. Even there are sharing bathroom but are separate for women and men. I didn’t aspect that the bathrooms have to be always so clean and dry every time I use it. You don’t have to bring anything like towels, brush or pyjamas with you, because they have it here (incl. shampoo and skincare).
There are lockers right after the elevator when you go to your capsule floor. The lockers are around 200 cm tall and 30-40 cm wide. If you have a luggage that is less than 110 liters it would fit perfectly. Otherwise they also have other locker for a really big luggage but there isn’t locker number on it like the original one.
One person will get a key and a card for locker and enter the capsule area. Inside the locker are divided into 3 levels for a luggage, baggage and shoes. The shelf between luggage and baggage can fold so it can be 1 large locker spaces in the case you have one really BIG Luggage.
