The floor was disgustingly dirty and the ceiling in the hotel was cracked. Also you can hear the entire street from the room all night. Would not stay here

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It was a bit noisy. We could hear the street outside as if the windows were open. We did check a few times to ensure it is closed. The bathroom is efficient but too small and tight that I bump my elbows all the time and I am a 5 feet 140lbs girl. My boyfriend who is 6”2 had a real hard time using the bathroom
The staff booked us a wonderful room. It was very large and had a great view of the cherry blossom trees. Breakfast was good and neighborhood was quiet from the busy Shinjuku station.
The AC can only do warm/heat instead of cool/cold. I called the front staff and he said they only do heat right now. So if you sleep hot then maybe you want to avoid this.
It was clean & comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not so much. The language was a barrier since I don’t speak fluent Japanese. They did try their best. I don’t know if I would stay here again.
Quiet neighborhood in an otherwise very crowded Shinjuku district. Very suitable for people who wants to stay away from the crowd yet wanting to be near Shinjuku. Highly recommended.
Economical and get our basic sleeping needs met , and near the JR station within 15 min walk . Very tight rooms is the drawback . Don’t expect much , the breakfast is rudimentary , but you get solid nights of sleep !
Had a good stay at the hotel with helpful staff and easy access to public transport. Room was not in too condition but more than good enough for someone looking for a simple place to sleep. Small but good breakfast.
