Perfect location in heart of Ginza. Very close to station and designer shopping. Also close to a Lawson, 7/11 and McDonald's. Room was clean. Liked that you could have the room cleaned daily too. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but to be expected in Tokyo. Enough space to fully open one suitcase; impossible to simultaneously open two. View from window wasn't nice, but not a deal breaker as the room was used for sleeping. Great value for Ginza and highly recommend.

The hotel is in Ginza and very near all the shopping places. But the street is very quiet and accessible with few convenience store nearby. There is also a nice tsukemen shop nearby. Very affordable stay in terms of location and convenience.

Hotel was exactly as expected. In the heart of Ginza, and close to everything. Tokyo station is 10-15 minute walk depending on your speed. Be forewarned if you are expecting large rooms, they're not. We managed with 3 medium to large suitcases, it just took coordination. We are 5'8" & 6'3" and it was fine. Granted used bed to work at desk as a choice. Perfect for what we needed for 3 days!!

The room is super small, it can just literally fit a double size bed and you couldn’t open your luggage at all. The room is kinda old but overall is clean. However the lift is very duty. Staff is friendly. However, I wouldn’t come back since the room is way too small.

Staff was very attentive. Check in was very easy, housekeeping staff was very friendly. They arranged to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto, which was the 3rd leg of our trip. Price for forwarding out bags was exceptional. Location is close to shopping, dining and transportation. The only thing that took some getting used to is how small hotel rooms are in Japan.
