The property is beautiful but the cost is overpriced. There is nothing in the area but it is 15 mins from the airport which is the reason why I stayed there.

Our experience at this hotel was very awful. The property is old and the carpets smell really bad. To make matters worst, we basically had no AC for the entire week we stayed here, we reported it and they brought us a fan. The breakfast was subpar, we didn't event attempt to try the dinner options. Also not a family friendly hotel at all, the pool is for age 20 and over and hear this, you have to pay to use it. Only good thing about this hotel was its location, which is very walkable to train stations, restaurants and other sites.

Deeply Disappointed Not What You Expect from a High End Japanese Hotel I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating I feel compelled to warn others. I booked this hotel expecting the high standards and hospitality Japan is known for but what I encountered was the exact opposite. The room I was given looked nothing like the one I had booked. I had photo evidence to show the discrepancy, but when I politely brought it up to the front desk, I was met with a confrontational and sarcastic attitude. Instead of listening or trying to find a solution, the receptionist brushed me off with a cold, “There’s nothing we can do,” as if this was a normal occurrence. Even after I explicitly asked to speak to a manager, no one came. Not once during my entire stay did management step in to acknowledge the issue, let alone offer any real apology or compensation. Only on the last day was I offered a change to the correct room which at that point felt more like an afterthought than a resolution. It’s shocking to see this level of unprofessionalism and indifference from a hotel that markets itself as luxury. At this price point, and in Japan no less, I expected accountability, sincerity, and above all, respect. Instead, I left feeling ignored, deceived, and disappointed. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly recommend thinking twice. What you see in the pictures may not be what you get, and if there’s a problem, don’t count on the staff to care.

We were warned and even compensated for construction noise on the floor above us, but we didn’t hear a single thing! The room was almost perfect, my only complaint was that it was quite hot and as a foreigner the A/C was difficult to operate. The fact that there was a Lawson in the basement was so convenient for late night snacks 💕

Incredible stay. I would say that my time in this hotel has been the best its ever been. The staff are beyond generous, inside and outside the hotel I feel luxurious. The room was perfect. High floor with the best view of the Tokyo Tower and the city around, divine to see day and night. Will definitely come back again soon. It has been by far my favorite hotel I've been to.

The number one benefit of this hotel is its location. It is so close to a huge shopping mall with many food choices. This huge mall is connected to the train station. Which made exploring the neighboring areas much easier. Don’t expect a lot of amenities as this is more of a business hotel not really a leisure hotel. However, it is super cleanly.
