The room was spotless and presented well. There was condensation on the windows each morning we woke up. We did use the dehumidifier but that didn’t appear to have any effect. I appreciated the Nesspresso in the room. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices.

It's a five-star hotel, but I'm giving it a four Location: - Stunning, it's literally right next to the Tokyo tower, if you're looking to spend the night with the iconic landmark, this is the go-to place without a doubt Staff: - The quality of the service and the staff is top-tier, and the utmost professionalism is embedded within it. Here is what you would expect for a five-star hotel. No questions asked. Room: - Make sure to pick the room with a view of the Tokyo Tower. This is a must if you plan to have an unforgettable night. The room itself is what you will be expecting. It's clean, luxurious, and fancy. Breakfast: - This is where I drop the 1 star, make sure to tell the staff to get the one "WITH" the traditional Japanese style breakfast. In my opinion, I shouldn't have had to ask for it. The breakfast itself is amazing. Even though it was a buffet, the food seemed to be almost gourmet. The view was a surprise for me. On the left side, you can see the bridge that connects to the harbor and to the ocean at a distance, and on the right is the lounge where you can sit and enjoy the city sights and the view of the two towers. Overall, I'd say it's worth the money, but make sure book in advance with them. This Hotel is pretty popular, so in and of itself, it's considered a high-quality experience.

The room was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the Expedia VIP treatment was honored and then some!!! The staff went above and beyond. The location was great too. Big room, king bed, huge bathroom, classic Japanese luxury toilet with heated seat and bidet function.
