Great stay, quieter location for those traveling with family or want to be away from crowd. Everything was amazing about the stay, so many amenities and amazing service.. the food was just okay and over priced though. We had dinner there on arrival and did not go back for another meal.

The hotel is new and well maintained. It is conveniently located near JR Shiomi Station; however, there is not much in the surrounding area. The service from the staff was below the level we have consistently experienced in Japan at other hotels and establishments. The team members were mostly younger and not Japanese, which in itself is not an issue, but it was reflected in the overall professionalism and level of care. Although our booking included complimentary upgrades, early and late check-in, and free drinks, we only received the drinks. We were told that early check-in and room upgrades required an additional fee, and that late check-out was unavailable. At the time, we were unaware of our benefits and did not request them. Once I later realized that early check-in should have been included, I followed up with the hotel. Their response was dismissive—they simply stated that we had received our drinks and that late check-out was unavailable due to being fully booked. This did not address why the complimentary early check-in was not honored when rooms were available. The way the situation was handled was very disappointing, and as a result, we would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to return.

The rooms can be a bit cramped if you bring a full group of 4, but the lobby and the surrounding area is full of nice places to go and eat. Overall a good time and a decently upscale place. Also close enough to Disneyland Tokyo, if you're into that.
