This is the second time staying at this hotel and we will not stay anywhere else. It is spacious and clean. The Family Mart at the lobby level is so convenient and so is the train station across the street.

Great stay. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. Family Mary connected to the hotel was convenient for snacks or items like medicine. Hotel was right by the train station that I used daily. Enjoyed the ambience and watching the artwork get painted in the lobby.

We always stay at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel every time we visit Tokyo. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, travelled around Japan and then stayed 8 nights at the end, and it’s the best and such a comfortable stay. Clean rooms, polite staff, great amenities, lovely onsen, beautiful lobby & decor, Refa showerheads, Panasonic hairdryers, extra towels, Pola skincare, nespresso, supermarket nearby, great location, they have thought of all the details which matter.

Awesome place to stay. So conveniently close to a train station, literally a 2 minute walk. And only 15-30 min train ride to any major city. Super market close by, 7 eleven close by. Location is super convinient. Hotel was really nice. The rooms were spacious, the staff was super nice. Hotel breakfast buffet was delicious but its the same everyday. After the 5th day it gets boring. But the food is still delicious. Another thing I didn't like was that there was nothing to store our clothes. They have hangers to hang your shirts and pants but its not really efficient way to travel. We basically lived out of our suitcase for two weeks.

We arrived around 2pm and check in was at 3pm. The person that greeted us told us that they can hold our bags but we couldn't check in yet even though our room was ready. After about 30 min or more, they told us that if we become members than we can check in immediately. Becoming a member is free and took 3 min. It was very confusing and frustrating and didn't set a good tone for our welcome. They were nice but not overly friendly or helpful and so it was disappointing. We've been to Japan before and every time we stay somewhere the service is always great so we were very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel is very clean but I wouldn't recommend the location if you are trying to go to the main areas of Tokyo. There isn't any walkable neighborhoods to explore around the hotel. It's more of an industrial area. When we went out for the day we had to plan on being gone the entire day because its too far to go back to the hotel to rest or drop anything off. I didn't try the food but my parents ate at the restaurant and they said it was terrible. They ordered curry and said it was so bad they didn't eat it. My kids however ordered pasta and they liked it. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this hotel is okay. I definitely wouldn't recommend based on the location alone.
