The property was beautiful and well maintained. They had welcome gifts and were very hospitable during check in. The location is very close to the subway, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was good too, our only complaint was that we took 2 kids, we input their ages in Expedia but when we got to the hotel they said we hadn’t paid for breakfast for the youngest because she’s 8 and it’s only free up to 6. It felt like an issue between Expedia and the hotel, not me but we had to pay for our daughter to eat each day. Other than that we really liked the hotel.

Just arrived home to Los Angeles. We stayed at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel for 8 days and it was the perfect choice. Very close to Shiomi station, great food options, the breakfast buffet is amazing, staff very friendly, very safe and clean hotel. We loved our room. Modern and spacious. We’ll be back!

Such an amazing stay we were so impressed with the hotel and room we had everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a perfect relaxing spot after being out all day the onsen offered a amazing relaxation and was clean.The hotel is right next to a train station and had a Family Mart connection to it which was very convenient for us we loved our stay there and hope to go back!

The room was very spacious and clean. The onsen was very clean and organized. We used the laundry room a couple times and it seemed that a lot of people used this facility. The only thing that could be improved was for the laundry room to be expanded with more machines so that people didn't need to wait their turn to use the machines.
