Very close to train station which makes it convenient for traveling by train to the various Tokyo locations. The Family Mart in the hotel is open 24/7, for buy food, snacks, toiletry items, etc.

Likes: The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The buffet was the highlight of our stay in the hotel. Walking distance to the subway. Dislikes: 1. Location of hotel is far from shopping and attractions. 2. Laundry is not free. Other hotels we've stayed at offer the use of the laundry for free. 3. There were 4 adults in our room and the front staff refused to give us more than 2 key cards. This was very inconvenient

Family trip - 5 days in Tokyo

Very nice hotel, good location with metro connections very near by, extremely friendly and helpful staff, spotless clean rooms, tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of options both western and Japanese, great amenities especially the onsen. We had a family room with four beds which left very little space for the luggage, that was the only disadvantage, but all the rest was great and we enjoyed very much our stay.

This place was excellent, right across the street from Shiomi station made getting around Tokyo very easy. Very efficient to get to Tokyo Disney or Tokyo station in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were great and the room was spotless. Family mart is attached to the hotel so anything you might need for the room (food, drinks, snacks) is just 30 seconds from the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.
