We had a wonderful stay at Far East Village Hotel. It is located in a nice quiet area away from the Tokyo crowds but just a short walk to the Ariake-Tennis-o-Mori station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The check-in/check-out machines made everything simple and the staff was at hand to help with questions navigating the machine controls. Our stay was for 9 nights and enjoyed it. They offered supplies in the lobby - anything you might have forgotten to pack. The room was clean with extra touches like pajamas and slippers. We added the breakfast buffet to our reservation and truly recommend that. The food was fresh and delicious. A lot of restaurants do not open until 10 or 11 so having a breakfast buffet was great. There is also a 24 hour Lawsons nearby. The hotel also has washing machines/dryers available which we used. It was very helpful that the machines accepted IC card payments too. Vending machines were also available (using coins was easier on those). Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.

For a few days

We didn't have room service. The rooms were not cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights and they only gave new towels, but they didn't clean the rooms or change sheets. Despite this, the structure of the hotel is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and a new environment. We don't like breakfast. There was no fruit or cheese. For those who are Western suffer a lot.

It was a beautiful hotel and a very close walking distance to two different train lines. The breakfast buffet was great and was also close to the shopping center, Ariake Gardens. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly and were all quite fluent in english making communication after a long day of activities and commuting a lot easier haha. I loved the view from our room, the walk to the station was really quick and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would gladly book to stay here again!

Simple group style hotel with easy access to transport links to shopping malls, restaurants, and some geeky tourist attractions. The early free shuttle to the metro was handy. The “welcome drink” was less than other hotels that offered this service, but the staff overall were helpful, especially with storing luggage.
