The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had great options, but the staff was amazing. The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐

The hotel was clean. However, the room smelled very musty to the point that it smelled like someone had smoked in it. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. For the price, the stay was fine.

Rooms need fresh air.

The room seem relatively clean but it stank terrible. The odor may have been from the air conditioner, a heavy musty smell. A continuous air exchange like the newer hotels have would be much appreciated. Even the bathroom fan it now has, doesn't seem to be moving much air. Thanks for listening.

Unattentive breakfast attendant.

Hotel itself was fine, breakfast was pretty much non existant. Got there about 7:45 and all the hot food, eggs, sausage ect were gone. also only one slice of bread in the box. Finally found the attendant who was busy talking on her phone. Continued to hold her phone in one hand and attemp to do her job with one hand. Took out the food containers and disappeared. Waited about 1/2 hour with no food arriving. She did come back in to the dining area several times with her still holding and talking on her phone. With that we decieded to leave.
