Room condition was fine. The hallway smelled like a dispensary. Our room was right above the front entrance and even with the blackout curtains the room was so bright we could hardly sleep. Ended up leaving the hotel around 5am just to get home. Stood at the front desk for about 5-10 minutes to talk to someone at checkout and nobody ever came out. I yelled in the back saying hello, walked around the office area and nothing. Also we chose this hotel for the pool but when we walked in there was a note at the front desk stating the heater was out and the pool was “cold”.

The room was not clean whatsoever I booked a double suite with the kitchen and the pots and pans had cooked on food at the bottom of them. My bathroom water would not get hot. The overall stay was okay. The issues we had in our suite was one of the tv’s in the suite did not have sound and the water pressure in the king bed room was horrible. The faucet only trickled out a little water and the shower did the same. For the cost of the suite I would expect better but we made the best out of it.

Nice room, clean, friendly staff. Seemed a little nicer than the average suburban hotel. We have no need of it, but if you like a pool it seemed a little bigger and nicer than average.

The hotel was nice but it was too expensive for the noise level. We booked it because it was away from the highway and noise. We ended up being awake most of the night because of loud pipes and other guests. You can hear everything.

The kids had a blast swimming. The accommodations were spacious. The little kitchen area was perfect to cook. A small meal, and the outdoor accommodations were amazing while being able to let the kids run around outside.
