You'll be within minutes of the major highways like 249, i45, Beltway 8 giving you easy access to the rest of Tomball and Spring, and then Houston. Only 30-40 minutes away from downtown Houston as well, you’ll never run out of exciting things to do and see!

This cozy home conveniently located on almost 2 acres of land greets you with a long driveway lined with tall trees. Large windows usher in beams of light, creating a brightly lit space ideal for working or enjoying the view of the surrounding trees and landscape. Relax on the long couch in the TV room while you stream your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV. Kick back and relax on the bed in the bedroom after unpacking. Enjoy a quick breakfast or a morning coffee on the kitchen bar top. Enjoy formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 8 at a time. Use your laptop on the adjustable height desk overlooking the outdoor patio. Enjoy a meal on the outdoor patio while looking up into the trees.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in one (1) private bedroom, and an additional 1 person on the sofa.

Bedroom includes a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent bathroom with a vanity and a walk-in shower.

The living room has a long sectional sofa.

This guest house is located on almost 2 acres of land. You will be able to access the entire guesthouse and immediate surroundings and will have privacy.

The main building located further inside the property is occupied and not accessible to guests.

NOTE: There may occasionally be some home light construction/improvements ongoing on the property grounds while you are on the premises.

Tomball is a small city, well known for its Texas barbeque, country cooking, Baja-style food, ice cream, farmers market and more. You can make a reservation at one of its finest restaurants or pick and choose from a variety of local eateries. If you want to explore farther, check out Spring, a 20-minute drive from Tomball.

Spring is a diverse city with lots of shopping and dining options. Several popular tourist attractions ensure that guests are never bored. Some popular places to visit include TGR Exotics Wildlife Park, the Wild Stallion Vineyards, inSPIRE Rock Indoor Climbing & Team Building Center, Hurricane Harbor Splashtown, Palava family entertainment center, Old Town Spring, Spring Creek Greenway Nature Center and lots more.

You could also decide to drive a half hour to Houston where you can experience world-class museums, cultural eats, lots of traditional and fine dining and shopping at its best.

The easiest ways to move around are by ride sharing such as Uber, or by renting a car and driving around. Most places you would visit have parking available. In some areas where parking is limited, be ready to pay for parking.
