I need a refund, these rooms were nasty and dirty. The sheets on the bed were stained badly, there were lots of mold in the bathrooms, hair on the beds, blood of on sheet. This was very disgusting, they didn’t even offer to change the rooms, they were giving me sheets to make the bed. This is totally unacceptable, I have lots of photos. I need a refund of sort.

My experience was terrible sheets disgusting and itchy. Stain all over the sheets, hair in bed, bathroom moldy, you imagine checking into a hotel complained about the room and bathroom being disgusting and nothing was done, no compensation and on top of that front staff brought you sheets to make bed.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and the front desk, while polite, was very disorganized. The room was very clean but quite noisy being close to the highway. No recycling bin in the room, so I assume they do not recycle.

A lovely place to stay! Safe and quiet, right next to a police station. Rooms are clean and spacious. The Element restaurant is amazing, with great prices and incredible food (I recommend the steak and eggs, 100000/10) Definitely will return for my next Toronto trip!

The hotel room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful when both remotes for both tvs weren’t working and they provided me with one replacement which operated both tvs.

Nice staff. Nothing fancy but had good coffee, pool and hot tub were great. Cheap Ubers to and from. Went down town from here easily. Again not the ritz but great for an overnight trip. People working there are all wonderful and make conversation.

The beds were clean/ comfortable and staff were pleasant to deal with. However the room didn’t have most of the items that were supposed to be included. The room was missing a garbage can, hair dryer, microwave and the phone didn’t work. The staff did end up providing all of the missed items, it was just annoying more than anything.
