I do not really have a complaint about the property, staff or service....but a policy which I personally find unnecessary! ...the deposit on arrival it is a hunderd per night, I stayed for 3 nights the block three hunderd, for me it was not a problem this time, but imagine when on a budget?? They really need to ease this policy the other negative thing was the transport from YYZ to the hotel never came.

Trusted Place To Stay

I have stayed here several times. It's convenient to the airport the food for in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. And their check-in staff are remarkable. They have a new person on the desk when I was checking out in the morning and it was a refreshing change he was so so pleasant I'm so glad to see that this has happened. The rooms are clean and large and beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
