The initial airport shuttle quick and easy. Checkin the same. Restaurant terrible! Under staffed usually one person to serve tables, bartend, and clear. Not staff fault. This morning NO waiting staff for breakfast someone acting on his own to come out of the kitchen and take orders. No coffee, tea, water etc. Where was the Duty Manager!? Also, hotel has a restaurant/ bar but does not open for lunch. How does a traveller have a lunch with no vehicle? Only option are vending machines with junk foot. Never again!

I was surprised at how quiet it was for being in a flight path. Inside I could hardly tell planes were flying past. The bathroom was very spacious and the was bed was more comfortable then it seemed. Very clean and so nice it was hard leave for the activities I had planned!

The shuttle service was great, both from & to the airport the next morning, the rooms were what we needed for one night, the coupon for supper was beyond what I expected - thank you- But.. I didn’t get my luggage from the airline so I went looking for a convenience store but there was none to be found, up & down the street. I was provided with one from the front desk later tho - thank you
