Note - The main front entrance hallway is shared with other tenants in the home, including the 3rd-floor unit and the basement. This unit is located on the 2nd Floor.
IMPORTANT: Water pressure may occasionally be lower during peak times due to shared property usage.
Parking is available at the rear of the house for an additional fee. The cost is $60 per month and must be arranged in advance. Please let us know if you require a spot.

Here, you’ll be within 3 mins walking from 2 streetcar lines and 15 minutes from the subway line. The beautiful High Park and Lake Ontario are also just a short walk away.

Enjoy a peaceful morning stroll in nearby High Park, Toronto’s largest park, or head south for a lakeside walk along Lake Ontario. The neighborhood is well-connected, with two major streetcar lines just 3 minutes away on foot and a subway station within 15 minutes, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto and beyond.
