I had a buffet in a restaurant. The coffee was so strong. Nobody could drink it. That’s my only complaint as a coffee was way too strong never drink coffee that much. I only took two steps and I threw the rest away.

Staff was very helpful. Provided extra towels, pillows, water for the room and after the game! Parking was a little strange but staff was helpful. Checked to see if we were members and provided and upgrade to a corner room.

The hotel was really nice and we particularly enjoyed the amenities. The view from the room was amazing. One caution is that with the windows on two sides it does make it quite warm particularly in the washroom although the hotel maintenance was able help keep it cool in the bedroom space. Would stay again!

I loved how central it was, just around the corner from union so it’s easy to get to the subway, you’re right next to the CN tower so it feels like you’re right in the heart of Toronto, best stay ever!

Check in was easy and staff were extremely accommodating! Elevators were down to club level but staff minimized any disruption by taking us up to our floor via staff elevators. They did a great job! I would rate 5 stars if the club level had a wider window of hours. The hours we could take advantage of this perk was 2 hours total for snack and beverage. Despite this staff made up for it! I highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU

The hotel itself was great, however the mattress was absolutely terrible. Woke up everyday with a sore back. The pillows were as flat as possible. And the air conditioner, when there's no movement in the room the ac kicks into energy saving mode, woke up ever morning at around 2am sweating. Will be looking for another hotel next time...

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location. Most places we were visiting were within a 10 to 30 minute walk. Easy access to Union station if you want to take the train.
