Overall the property was good and looked like the photos. The cleaning staff had not been there when we arrived at check in and it wasn't communicated to us so it was dirty when we got there but the cleaners came right after that and did a good job so fine in the end. There were no baking pans or pizza pans. Really basic dishes so if you plan on cooking bring some disposable cookware. The frying pans were all scratched. There was no cutting board or scissors. Lots of cleaning supplies in the cupboard so it was easy to keep everything tidy. The house is in need of a little TLC. The stove burner light was always on, the fridge water and ice dispenser were broken, a couple of the window levers were broken, outside light didn't work and one of the shower bars was installed incorrectly. Also, the carpet in the basement carpet was really dirty and badly needed to be vacuumed but we didn't really go in the basement so we didn't care.

I did order appartment for one day and then they didnot let me stay . I was with kids in the middle of the night and didnot refund a pennyy . No ti never . Never go there .

Cleanliness issue

Not well cleaned. Floors are not that well kept. Washer machine had mold. We didnt use it, had to do laundry outside. Beware..... 1. The company asks you to place all of the towels in the wash before you check out. 2. You have to throw out your own garbage, otherwise they charge you a fee per bag. I wouldnt put my family through this again.

Needed to hire a crew to clean on 2nd day of stay

The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning lots of dust for example window blind. Fridge have soda bottles hair on bathroom floor. Also this is advertised as 3 br 3 bath it only have 3br 2bath and half bath down stairs be aware that you need to dispose of your garage at a garbage site. That’s a first for me loading garbage in my car and disposing of it on vacation.
