The free VIP breakfast didn't include any of the hot food, and the selection and choices there were not impressive. The room service breakfast was excellent - generous portions, hot on arrival and very tasty. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are fairly small (without much extra room) but cosy. There is no closet space to hang any longer items - not even a man's suit, because a small set of drawers and the safe are placed into the small closet below the hanging rod.

The place itself is nice.Rooms are clean but small,the air conditioning didnot really cool down our room.Yes it was humid out But very poor circulation of cold air.Only positive thing was our also had a ceiling fan,which did not cool down the room much ,even with both running.

The room was quite spacious, very comfortable large bed, with a nice modern bathroom (lots of counter space, lovely shower). TV set up was great, was easily able to chrome cast our music and movies. The one issue we had was that the hallways are small so anytime someone was outside we could hear them and probably vice versa but overall we felt it didnt take away from how nice of a stay it was. Would stay here again for sure, great value.

Be cautious with the junior suite

Be cautious about the size of the junior suite. It very tiny. You will bump your head. Don't do it if you're claustrophobic. I'm a gold member and was supposed to get gold rewards through Hotels.com. But they wanted to charge me for breakfast. Be cautioned there is not continental breakfast included. The staff were very nice. Helped me carry the luggage upstairs due to no elevator. The facility is very lovely and quiet.

The Glenerin Inn & Spa is such a peaceful and charming retreat. The historic building and beautiful stone architecture give the entire stay a cozy, boutique feel. My room was very relaxing and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious meals--but be sure to make reservations, since they book up quickly. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, located approximately 50 minutes away from downtown Toronto.
