The reception staff is very cold and unfriendly, when having breakfast the days they were the place is very cold it did not have heating it was like being outside it did not feel very comfortable. The food is delicious but the cold was very cold and it cooled very quickly. I would like them to say on the page that they do not have restaurant service or room service since I arrived at midnight with my daughter and we could not ask room service for something to eat. Thank you

Loud construction noise at 8am without any warning. Water shut off at 10 without any notice due to construction. Couldn’t use the bathroom, shower, or brush teeth before our flight.
