Staff was extremely friendly. They got me in during a storm when all flights were canceled. Hotel is not extremely clean or luxury rated, but the staff were incredible and they let me check in super early. I’m very appreciative for them during those times. They were getting screamed at, attitude, and nonstop arguing from other patrons, yet still remained polite and respectful to everyone.

Yes comfortable room, staff who tried to help as much as possible. Enough parking with easy access to rooms. Alarm clock that the minute button stuck a bit and looked to be remade but it worked. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Didn't use amenities.

Check in was ok . Room is ok . Pool room is freezing as it is poorly insulated. Pool is also very cold and not warm or hot. Hot tub is warm. Beds are old and soso. Shower is hot but no pressure. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean room, good breakfast options, and reliable shuttle service. The only issue was lack of privacy due to a connecting door between rooms; noise traveled easily. These rooms may be better suited for families rather than separate guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and professionals .
