Value for money, I would definitely stay there again. Rooms were clean although a bit on the small side for two people. Any issues were resolved very courteously and quickly. Descent hot breakfast every morning.

The problem started with not being able to switch from one Holiday Inn express hotel to another which was needed as the original hotel was too far away especially with a storm coming. I was told to book the needed hotel while I waited on the what would be done about my original booking. The room rate at the close hotel increased dramatically and I was told the original hotel would not credit any of the origianl booking. I wound up paying twice the price for a single night basic room. If this were a separate hotel chain I would understand it. On top of this the breakfast was terrible. They continually ran out of key items, their hot water was not hot enough for tea or oatmeal. I am extremely disappointed with Holiday Inn. I doubt I will book a hotel with them or Expedia again.

Overall this location just lacked cleanliness. The elevators and floors look like they’ve never been cleaned. The pool room was freezing and not in great shape. Extremely disappointed and would not stay here again.
