The hit tub is barely a two person making it inconvenient when someone is already in it BUT more importantly to note, at least on the days of Dec 11 and 12 (2025) the actual pool room was FREEZING and the floors were numbingly cold and univiting so said everyone in our group as well as others who walked in and immediately out as well also when there are three or four people in s room why doesn't housekeeping accommodate them with the appropriate number of towels even when they are requested? lastly, n complimentary water even for coffee makers they expect you to use tap water to make it and the hair dryer is in closet

Suite was large and clean, and convenient. It had two tvs, a couch and singular chair which was comfy for reading. The kitchenette was pretty nice too with a fridge, and the bathroom had a really nice mirror. There was a full length mirror in the “living” area too. Staff was nice and lots of parking, just wished they would clean the snow/ice to make it safer at night.

I stayed with my young son, our bed and pillows were so uncomfortable my neck and shoulders were wrecked all day the next day. We had an accessible room, there was inadequate lighting especially in the bath room (that bathroom mirror light is equivalent to a night light at best), the automatic blinds did not work. The TV stopped working in the evening - we were too tired to deal with having people come to the room so we watched a movie on my cellphone, me holding the darn thing the whole time. It was extremely disappointing. We travel regularly and have never been so uncomfortable in a hotel - and weren’t not picky. Wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms were clean - we didn’t venture around the rest of the hotel. The front staff were okay, no friendly or personable but efficient. The staff at the breakfast were very pleasant, smiling as they walked back and forth making sure everything was well stocked.

Everything about this hotel was a good experience. Receptionist was very hospitable in spite of me checking in after 12 midnight. Rooms & bathroom were clean, and property needed NO repairs. Food was good and most of all parking was Free. Id recommend this hotel anytime.

We spent all night listening to the person across the hall scream and randomly bang on doors. Men going in and out of the room all night and her fighting with them. A couple randoms tried pulling our door handle which caused us to worry even more. The reception employee was notified and we were given a free pop “for the inconvenience”. Room was clean, we’ve stayed here multiple times before but unfortunately I think this was our last time.
