We spent all night listening to the person across the hall scream and randomly bang on doors. Men going in and out of the room all night and her fighting with them. A couple randoms tried pulling our door handle which caused us to worry even more. The reception employee was notified and we were given a free pop “for the inconvenience”. Room was clean, we’ve stayed here multiple times before but unfortunately I think this was our last time.

The pull out bed had dirty sheets and mattress cover. The pull out couch had stains all over the cushions. And the tv didn’t work 2 days out of 3 that we were there.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were ok The reason for the low rating was there were prostitutes and men in the hallways upon arrival and throughout the night. We had 16+ people with us for a football game. And it was pretty scetchy

Beds are too stiff, keys did not work everytime we get to oir toom. The pool water was cold. The whirlpool was not working Wife was bitten by bedbugs. Pool room was too cold. HVAC units are too noisy Windows draws cold air draft.
