Parking was easy and there were a lot of options for dining nearby. The location being close to the highway also made matters extremely convenient for our visit as a basketball team to be able to get to the gym we needed to get to.

What an awful experience. We booked this hotel for 4 days then again for 2 days a week later. the room rates were absurd and hit with so many additions fees at checkout. We had to checkout for another flight the first time around at 4am and the night manager was so inconsiderate and unhelpful. I told him I had paid on Expedia and he was ridiculously condescending I was almost in tears. So rude. We then had to leave and get this sorted with Expedia while in Florida. We then HAD to stay here when we returned back to Woodbridge as we prepaid and could not cancel. This time around they put us in a disabled room where the shower had no curb and completely flooded the bathroom. So at 1am after a day of traveling I had to go down to reception to argue with them to change our room. Also, BE AWARE starting January 1 they started charging to park. Now, I understand parking charges for hotels with parking lots. But you can park in this open public parking lot for FREE. I was born and raised 5 minutes from here and have stayed here years ago so I can vouch for this. If you park 2 steps over and say you’re at the Finn Mccools or Swiss Chalet it is free (even over night). I’d like to add that they didn’t tell us you had to pay for parking at checkout. All in all such a disappointing experience. We paid SO much money to stay at this hotel and honestly feel like we need to be compensated. Especially as a couple who stayed at Holiday Inns at least 3 times a year during travel.

We had two connecting rooms. One room had a freight engine for HVAC unit, the other had a quiet one. One had a normal size mini fridge, the other super mini size fridge. One bathroom had glass doors in the shower, the other a tub shower with curtain. All in all, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, blankets were double size on a queen size bed, the breakfast was mid. Also woke up to a $8 parking invoice slid under our door during the night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the stay was good, but could have been better.
