The hotel jacked up the prices, the room was so small you had to walk side way to walk around the bed , they did not offer any kind of breakfast and the power went out during the night so no bathroom water or lights no elevator so had to carry luggage down 10 flights of stairs-No offer of a refund or any other form of compensation.

Power went out at precisely 1am. I was working on my laptop and then suddenly complete pitch black darkness. I tripped over everything in the room trying to find my phone. I get that it was late at night but the lack of communication was very bad. I was on the 10th floor so other people started relaying what was happening up to us. In the morning I had to call through the outside line to get some water brought up to the room to bathe because the water was no longer running nor the toilet. There probably should have been hotel staff anticipating that and at the very least had some stationed near the elevators. The guy that delivered it wasn’t rude but he wasn’t pleasant either. No offers of compensation. Not even a coffee. Wouldn’t stay again.

We lost power just after midnight and it continuted into the morning. We had no heat, no running water, very limited elevator service and I was there for a spinal procedure at the hospital Monday morning. Very poor customer service, phones didnt even work to contact the front desk and the hallway lights had little to no emeregency lights. I have photos to prove all of this. During our stay the power was lost (no fault of the hotel I assume?), but we didn't get it back for the duration of our stay at the property (lost after 11pm and wasn't back at 6am) We tried to contact the manager to express our frustration waking up without power, water, breakfast or heat, but haven't heard back from anyone. Really disheartened.
