The parking garage height is 5’7” which isn’t advertised anywhere until you get there. I drive a regular bronco and chose this location because of the underground parking. Had to pay double the price to park nearby outside. The rooms aren’t remotely sound proof at all, the walls are paper thin. Could hear everything outside of the room.

The room was clean and well organized. We noticed the coffee maker was not working and after calling the guest services it was replaced within minutes. Excellent customer service in every department from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeper. The only issue we had was that the parking ticket was not updated and it caused a issue with one of the other guests leaving behind us and was extremely angry at us and almost caused a altercation.

Room was clean, hotel in a great spot in the city. Room lacked enough lighting for my personal preference, Tvs only have live channels that mostly werent viewable at the time, shampoo bottles were almost empty when i arrived and bathroom kit half were empty boxes. Average experience compared to other hotels with basic rooms and i had a suite king bed room. Probably not worth the price for a suite just get a normal room.
