Checking in was fine. When going down the hall to the room, there was a garbage bin filled with linens blocking more than half of the hallway. This bin and other garbage bags and bins were always in the hall between our room and the elevator during the entirety of our 3 day stay. There was a considerable amount of hair stuck on the shampoo dispenser. The housekeeping lady cleaned our room after the first evening. We got back to our room after a day out and there was a knock on our door around 5pm and she asked if she had cleaned our room? She went through our room already but did nothing about the hair in the bathroom. The following day, she knocks again at 10am.

The room was near the street, it was REALLY loud overnight due to car and bus sounds. The room could be cleaner as we noticed some old stained on the bed sheet, which was changed afterward. The bed was small in my opinion also. But the staff were very nice and accommodated a lot of our request. The location was very nice and convenient.
