We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto. Check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and staff did an excellent job in tidying it up the second day. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately, because of medical appointments we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast. For us the locationn was good.

The room was spotless when I arrived. It was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was available every day. The front desk was super helpful, and they brought me 2 extra blankets when I needed them. Breakfast was delicious. There were several gluten-free options, a selection of fruits, bacon, sausage, eggs, breads, yogurt. The hotel is downtown, which was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The TTC was half a block away, so transportation was convenient. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for such a pleasant stay.
