I LOVE the staff here & usually have an amazing experience. I stay here multiple times a year, the majority of the times i visit Toronto. Check in was amazing, staff were accommodating and friendly. But when I got to my room it appeared the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were smears from a cloth on the counters yet the sink had toothpaste residue & hair. Even worse, the toilet had poop splatter on the seat!! Enough that had to be wiped off. We were in a rush to a sporting event so we have only spent 5 minutes in this room & I’m very disappointed!!! Already not looking forward to my arrival back tonight & inspect the rest.

Very small room with no space to move around the bed. The washroom tub was broken, the room was noisy, and parking was tight — not good for regular SUVs. The area didn’t feel safe at night, and people outside were watching, which made it uncomfortable. The price was also too high for what you get. Not recommended.

Initial room key card issued did not work but front desk exchanged for a working one quickly. Could have used a spare blanket in my suite as it was a bit chilly in the salon. Location could not be better. Room lovely and bed very comfortable. Would recommend.

the parking was ok, $80 for two days is normal these days I guess... We had trouble finding a place to watch the jays game that was fun.... kitchen was closed across the road, a couple of others had no t.v. coverage... the hotel lobby bar had odd hours...ended up watching in the room...but could have done that from home... all in all a nice getaway weekend, upper end of reasonable cost...

The hotel was in great location. The bellhop gave great directions to all attractions downtown. Subway and streetcar was next to our hotel. If you need hotel in downtown Toronto. This is the hotel.
