The staff were very courteous. I really want to highlight the exceptional service offered to us by Yohannes who went far and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast each day we stayed there. Always welcomed us with a great big smile and made sure we were well taken care of. We cant thank him enough for making our stay at your hotel the best experience ever for me and my guests. This was the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel in Canada. Great selection of all the breakfast items and i really loved the fact that the fruit was so fresh!! Definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay again! Thank you so much!

★★★★☆ We stayed here last night and overall had a good experience. The hotel was clean, well kept, and had a nice atmosphere. Staff were pleasant and everything ran smoothly during our stay. The rooms are quite small and the hallways are very narrow, so it can feel a bit tight, especially if you have luggage. That would be my only real downside. On the positive side, the pool was very warm — honestly warmer than most hotels we’ve stayed at, which was a great bonus. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Overall, a solid stay and good value.
