We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Toronto. The hotel was very well kept, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful, the concierge even helped me carry my bags outside to my car in a snow storm! I would recommend this hotel for comfort and value.

The laundry room made my stay inefficient. When i go there i didnt see the schedule so i have to do it by tomorrow. I dont think there should be timing for that. When a lot of people is always using it for such circumstances. I had to go to the front desk to ask if they can dry my wet clothes. I waited for 45 mins and when 45 mins is done my clothes are not yet dry the front desk said which is really not good. I have to use it for the days activities. We werent able to roam the city that much because of the inconvenience of the hotel. My hope are very high that time that they are really good becuase i paid my stay which is very expensive. Next time im not booking it sorry. And pool? its just a picture but when you saw it in person it is really small. i dont know how they lied to the crowd.
