The breakfast buffet was delicious, we were able to check in early and had a great stay. The housekeeping lady on floor 9 was so sweet (October 28-October 31), we also went for quick drinks at the bar in the lobby and the bartender there was great to us as well before the hockey game my Dad and I went to. I would definitely consider booking here again on my next trip to Toronto!

I was supposed to stay for two nights but ended up leaving after one due to a power outage. There was no hot water to take a shower and my phone ended up dying and we didn’t know when it was going to be back so it definitely made the stay a bit difficult. However, the staff did the best they could with the situation. They handled everything professionally and refunded the second night without any issues. The location is great, everything is walkable and easily accessible.

Very slow, 4 or 5 people before me, 2 people doing check in took close to 40 min to be checked in. Not overly pleasant staff. Went back to get parking credits as wasn't offered at check in, didn't even ask if I was parking a vehicle, it is paid tickefed parking garage. However the staff was much more pleasant, someone else was asking about parking at the time amd they mentioned it could even be extended for later checkout of the parking garage the next day.

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was superb. The room was small for the price rate, I keep bumping into furniture and I'm a short and slim guy. However, this is understandable since this is a downtown hotel. It is steps away from the subway, and therefore accessible to all tourist places.

The check-in agent at the hotel had major attitude, he spoke to us as if we were bothering him. The parking was included but we were not able to park because they were redoing the asphalt. I told him that I had paid due the parking and asked him where to park, he answered that the hotel pays the parking and it was not his problem.
