Great, convenient location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The thermostat in the rooms don’t function properly. So the rooms get very warm (85+) so the window had to be kept open.

They gave us the crappiest room (322). It was noisy so I couldn’t sleep at night. I paid for breakfast when I purchased online but that was not recognized when I checked in for some reason, and there was no robes or anything for the pool.

The room condition was also below expectations. It feels old and not very well maintained. Basic amenities were not properly prepared — the shampoo and body wash containers were empty, and the toothbrush provided was extremely hard. Overall, the room did not feel well cared for.

Was ok overall. It is perfect for a short stay in Toronto, and the location is great. Rooms were clean. The service received at check-in however was very disappointing. The women was rude and condescending, and it is not the type of experience you want to have after a long travel day. We felt uncomfortable to ask for anything further during our stay because of how she treated us. It is a shame the experience was ruined by this one staff member, because other staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful.
