The heater in the room was so liouf you could not sleep it was an absolute nightmare. Then in the morning i payed for the continental breakfast that was an absolute disappointment. Everything was cold including the coffee .

The hotel is adequately equipped with a variety of facilities. The room is clean, quiet, and the staff are both friendly, responsive and helpful. The issues are: 1) less frequent (hourly) airport shuttle bus; and 2) no free water in room; 3) it's located in a neighborhood of corporate offices with no convenience store/supermarket nearby.

My husband and I brought our dog with us for a local dog show. It was nice that dogs were allowed and they gave us a little gift for her. Originally it was missed that I had specified that our dog was coming and they assigned us to the incorrect room. It was caught very quickly and we switched to the 2nd floor. There was ample green space for her to go potty The light over the couch wasn't working. We tried 3 different wall switches which apparently do nothing. The room was clean and fresh looking. The staff were very friendly. We didn't have breakfast there or use the pool or gym, so I can't comment on that. We would definitely stay again.
