Yorkville has upscale shopping, restaurants, and the first five-star hotel in Canada. Whole Foods is just across the street. Excellent food and coffee options and Upscale boutiques include Burberry, Prada, Gucci, MAC Cosmetics, Hugo Boss, Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Holt Renfrew, Tiffany & Co., Escada, Ermenegildo Zegna, Cartier, Harry Rosen, Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Vera Wang, Lacoste, Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, WIlliams-Sonoma, Bang and Olufsen, Betsey Johnson, Max Mara, Montblanc, Bulgari, Birks, Coach, Guerlain, Swarovski, and other upscale designer boutiques. The Holt Renfrew store on Bloor is the luxury retailer's flagship and largest store with four floors and boutiques. Many flagships of other companies are located here as well, such as Harry Rosen, Town Shoes, Lacoste, Gucci, Coach, and Chanel (in which the Canadian flagship became one of the largest in the world.) Browns Shoes opened on Bloor, with merchandise that is much more expensive than at their other boutiques.

The Subway is a 3-4 Minute walk away so you can get around Toronto very easily. If you need to get out of the city the Gardiner and Don Valley Parkway are just a 10-minute drive.

● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● Please keep keys and fob safe as they are costly to repair. There will be a $250 fine for lost keys
● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $250 remediation fee.
● No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
