The check in process was good. Very limited parking, rooms old and need a make over. Tired from a day on the road to be kept up half the night by the guys in the room next to me. I called the front desk to let them know, they sent someone up to tell them to keep it down. The people in the next room continued to make noise for another hour after the front desk spoke to them. When it was finally quiet it is because the people in the room checked out. When I spoke to the front desk at the time of check out all I was told was that I should have called back and they would have relocated me or the people that were making noise to another room, I said who wants to be relocated in the middle of the night. I asked if it was fair to the other guests to relocate the people disturbing me to another room so they could disturb and wake up other quests. I said it is really annoying when you pay for a full nights sleep and you only get 4 hours. I was told that a manager would contact me and I am still waiting. your daughter should not have to sleep with air pods in to try and fall asleep Considering this hotel is right beside the Monte Carlo corporate head office I expected a much better experience.

The good - plenty of hot water. good value for the money. It was pretty quiet during my stay. The not so good - this chain is getting a make over so currently there are many things that are looking tired.

It was great to have an excellent restaurant on site and staff tried to make the experience very pleasant. The only complaint is that the bathroom and heater fans were quite noisy, but everything else was good.

Choose to stay here because we stayed here a few years ago and the rooms were super clean and comfortable HOWEVER, the cleanliness has significantly decreased. There were stains on the bed sheets, the shower curtain created a nasty odour in the bathroom and you can just tell it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The corners of the floors have black dirt built up in it and the rod for the shower curtain area is filthy. They need new cleaners like yesterday.
