Thermostat set at 86 so I couldnt adjust, coffee maker leaked, toilet ran all night, small parking lot. $100 hold on my credit card. I was pressured to give good review on google last time I stayed.

The staff and shuttle are very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down and not very clean. There was almost no heat in the room.

Get what you pay for, its alright for a night because so close to the airport but the parking is not to great and theyre nearly impossible to get a hold of if you need to speak to someone. The gentleman will just hang up on you and seems like they dont know whats happening other then supposedly the cleaning lady who seems to not be there to often. I called because i thought i left my red coat behind and instead of simply saying it wasnt there they gave me a run around while i was on vacation.

Very friendly staff...room was good. But parking was not good. Only one parking spot left. Covered in snow and ice. Was not cleaned and very dangerous to walk on.

The property area was misleading. Was confused when we pulled up to a plaza parking lot. Travelled with group and 2 vehicles were left parked there. On our return the shuttle was unreachable and had to pay for cabs. The pipes were loud during shower and was heard by our group in other rooms. Will not stay again

There is no facility of water in hotel that is not good we have to go subway or outside to buy water even which was expensive also so please do something regarding that unless everything was pretty good

This whole establishment is trash. Book and stay somewhere else. Even tho this is just over night stay, spend it else where. The pillows are meant for a couch not a bed. What a joke. The front desk is cold and unwelcoming. Room is loud and bathroom smells like ass!
