The hotel was very clean, close to the theatres, shopping, and tourist attractions. There is a restaurant on site as well as a great retro diner next door.Would definitely stay here again!

Seemingly renovated rooms/property. Conveniently located near metro (TTC) line, near major mall (Eaton Centre) in heart of downtown Toronto. Hospital across street. Room felt upscale and elegant. Front desk staff - longer than expected wait time to check-in. Communication style seemed slightly abrupt. Didn't impact overall stay but did affect first impressions of hotel. Breakfast - paid for with room and it was an a la carte offering.

Clean good sized room, comfy bed, complimentary coffee with real milk in the fridge. Nice washroom. Front desk staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very good for breakfast. Only thing that was missing was Netflix or some kind of streaming other than the terrible basic cable.

I had a great stay! The rooms were clean and modern and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The beds were very comfy and the whole hotel smelled nice. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Not good at all. First they didnt have the room that we booked online. They changed to something else. And then there was no hot water to take a shower when we realy need it before we go out. There was no drinking water in a fridge. Very disappointed. honestly what a bad experience 😕
