Some pros and cons- it appears to be brand new so everything is in good condition, but there are a few things missing (trash cans in the pods, a mirror in the women’s shower, an ice maker for drinks or even some ice trays, some small things) but it appears they are still setting things up. The luggage room doesn’t have lockers or shelves or anything, when I stayed it was full of bexes and looked like a random storage space. The location is great, but difficult to find. Some clearer signage would be helpful for travelers looking for this location, especially if they arrive late in the dark.
There was some drama with a mentally ill guest causing a ruckus all night, but management handled it gently and with kindness and was helpful when I asked to be accommodated. It’s a risk you take when you stay in semi-private accommodations, but this disruptive guest entered my space twice overnight and it left me feeling unsafe, but she was removed by morning. Ultimately, I would stay again if I was visiting Toronto, the price was cheap and it was comfortable enough.
