Spacious basement unit with two comfortable bedrooms and a decently stocked kitchen with a full stove, dishwasher and fridge. The general upkeep and cleanliness of the unit could have been better (dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning and patching / caulking was needed over holes / door frame). When the AC upstairs is running (note, no thermostat downstairs), the basement was too cold (below 18 degrees at night) even with all the vents are closed. The host didn’t really have a great answer to help us with the temperature.
