Amazing staff, exceptional service from the get go. We were given a complimentary upgrade for my Birthday and they still sent up a little treat pack. The room was very well priced for the location. Less than 10 minute walk to Rogers Centre. Highly recommend!

Great location. The breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and clean. The gym needs to be updated and expanded it was very crowded. Having only two elevators operating made for a long wait at times.

Excellent for families. Maybe not the most updated property but the location, especially near the aquarium, CN Tower, and Roger Centre was ideal. Above and beyond staff. Absolutely blown away.

Great location. Room was clean and big. The common spaces were always clean. Lots of friendly staff. The elevator was out of service so getting to our room did take a few minutes depending on time of day. But overall would recommend and stay again.

We stayed here over new year. The location was excellent and we walked to most places. Great value for money too. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Nice big rooms. The only bit that could be improved was the breakfast. There isn’t enough space for guests to sit downstairs so you either have to take it back to your room to eat or wait for a long time for a table. There were usually queues. We either ate it in our room or didn’t go. It didn’t help that one of the lifts was out of order during our stay making it hard to get back to your room with your tray of breakfast. The lifts were in constant use by other guests.

Located an easy walk from Union Station and very walkable to many major attractions. The rooms are big with a kitchenette so you can go out for dinner or bring something back.
