We liked that it was so central, Rogers Center was only an 8 minute walk away as well as the CN Tower. Everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

The rooms are large and provide a lot of space for luggage to stay open, kitchenette to eat light meals, fridge with ice maker, and a very, very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. While the breakfast was simple and two days were with no bacon, there were enough eggs and other selections that made the breakfast worth having included. Two out of 3 elevators were down for unknown reasons so the wait to get up and down from the room was long. Great neighbourhood if you're going to a Blue Jays' game at the Rogers Centre or are partying in the entertaining district. Lots of dining choices at every price point.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the layout of the washroom—with the vanity located outside the main bathroom—was not the most convenient for our needs. We also experienced frequent waits for the elevator, which became a bit frustrating during busy times. On a positive note, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast; though it was enjoyable, a wider variety of fresh fruits and vegetarian options would have been nice.

Hotel room was not ready at the check in time- took almost an another full hour to get the room. And in the morning we caught a staff member trying to enter our room at 10:00am (when check out wasn’t until 12) and she said her supervisor told her we checked out already. We hadn’t left the building yet, didn’t drop the key off, didn’t talk to any staff- so it was really off putting to think that they mixed us up with another room and tried to enter our room while we were still sleeping. They need a better check out system if they can easily mix that up. The room was really nice but the check in and check out experience could have been better.

Pros: Perfect location, nice breakfast, clean. Cons: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable; it should not even be an option. The aecond nite we asked for a thicker mattress; they brought some padding. It was better, but still very uncomfortable. Also, valet is not available after midnight; we had to park our car ourselves, and the garage door was almost closing on the car as we tried to enter through a very narrow door. Other than these two issues, the location was perfect, the breakfast was good and fast, and the staff was friendly.
