Hôtel propre, récent, situé proche du bus 972 (direct vers station de métro KIPLING en 20min) - La station de tramway aux pieds de l’hôtel n’est pas encore en fonction. Nombreuses options de shopping et de restauration à distance de marche. Chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée avec bonne isolation sonore (je n’ai pas entendu les avions malgré la proximité de l’aéroport). Literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Il y a une cuisine (four micro-ondes frigo plaques électriques MAIS aucune vaisselle ni ustensils hormis 3 verres et assiettes). Parking gratuit inclus. Personnel ambivalent (certains adorables d’autres ne savant pas dire bonjour…) Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Honestly, once we got to the room it was quite nice. The area feela a little rough, and certainly many small children/babies can be heard through walls. But the staff were attentive, the room was room, modern, well furnished. Nice big room with plenty of space. Very comfortable

Lo.primero es que no nos dieron el Room que Reservamos y pagamos. Customer Service nada Profesional no nos resolvieron el inconveniente de la habitacion nos dieron lo que ellos tenian. El parking de descapasitados estaba ocupado con un huespef que no tenia permiso. Y no habia lugar para estaciinar el auto. Lamentablemente es un hotel.nuevo. un an̈o. Funcionando. Esperamos que la proxima vez los the Front desk sean mas amables, uno solo nos resolvio.el parking MR JOSEN. Que se tomo el tiempo para buscar wntre los huespedes quien se Estaciono sin tener el debido permiso. MUCHAS GRACIAS MR JOSEN.

A Birthday Staycation

Our stay here was nice. The way the room was set up was gorgeous. Beds were comfy and the living room was a nice touch. We hope to be back soon.

From the moment we entered the property, it felt chaotic. The front desk staff were visibly upset and stressed, and not very welcoming. We were turned off by how they spoke to other guests before us. When we got to our room, we found hairs on the pillows and sheets, and many things were visibly dirty. We had to stay due to having no other options at the time, but it was EXTREMELY unpleasant. Do not recommend this hotel at all.
