AVOID AND READ MY REVIEW

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! The staff is beyond rude, zero respect for guests, acting like they’re doing you a favor just by existing. Cleanliness? Nonexistent! The place is filthy, unkempt, and downright disgusting. And don’t even think about using the so called kitchen, there are NO utensils unless you beg, and when you do, they hand you ONE pan, TWO plates, and a couple of tiny plastic forks and spoons, no matter if you’re staying one night or a week. What a joke! And of course for this review now they’ll just copy and paste their pathetic scripted apology instead of actually fixing anything. This place is a complete disgrace. AVOID at all costs! Expedia should remove them from the platform immediately.

The room was so different from what is shown in the picture. The heat was not working and they made no effort to fix it or find me another room. My first night there I did not sleep much because the room was so cold , second night, I had to leave in the middle of the night cause I just could not sleep. Imagine no heat in the middle of winter. The place is average, staff is not very professional and not once did the they apologize for the temperature condition. Bedding sheets quality is not great. Overall I give them a E for effort but they will not get my money ever again and I pray that God help them to ameliorate their service.

I had a terrible experience at the skye resident hotel first when i arrive they collect $200 for secure fee then the front told me they will return my $200 the day i left the hotel, the reception terrible and mean ,i had to call the police how can i get my refund i wait 5days for my refund the room is dusty and alot of migrant on the premises with alot of noise earlier morning late night noisy, they should use skye hotel for guest house don't fit for hotel also the front desk smell bad its just terrible 😢 i advice noone to go there They has stove no pats nor utensils to cook nothing how can someone travel from overseas with pats and utensils to hotel If u want a room for the night thats it guest room not a

Very nice room for the price. Basically a studio with everything you'd need. Rooms were quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom clean, and parking was easy. Cheaper than other Toronto hotels.

Definitely not value for the money. Rough neighborhood, unsanitary place. During the check in there was an attempt to double charge me what I already paid through hotels.com when I refused they imposed $200 for incidental charges which doesn't make any sense as there was no mini bar no room service. The gym is I the basement that is under construction and not working.
