Loved our stay here! Great service when we needed a replacement remote and amazing space to spend a few days in Toronto. Appreciated the safety with the keypad and the restaurants around the area. Would love to book again. Thank you for a great stay!

The Sonder at Artesa in Toronto was a stylish and comfortable stay, with modern amenities and a seamless check-in process. The building was impressively quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city!

They force you to use an app to do everything. Unfortunately the app crashes and can’t do what it’s supposed to. Spent almost an hour on text message with the hotel to get a code for the door and parking. Also the parking cost is more than advertised. In the end, the code I was given didn’t work. Good thing there was (eventually) a person in the lobby who could let me in. Real fun at 2AM. Other than the completely terrible check in process, the room was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sonder! The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating & the parking garage was easy to access. The room was exceptionally clean, offering plenty of amenities and more. Would 10/10 recommend and stay at a Sonder again in the future!

Great location, close to Metro and unique eating places. The only downside is unfinished empty areas of the building where the property is located. The view from our unit, although mostly filled with snow at that time, is sort of an eyesore (junkyard). The unit has a funky smell when we first came in. Otherwise, excellent stay over-all, quick response when we raised an issue, felt home away from home.

Worst experience in 50+ years of travelling

Between the exasperating reservation process and the even more horrendous check-in experience this was the single worst stay in nearly 50 years of travelling all over the world. Thank goodness for the one poor soul in-duty at the front desk who was very helpful but the rest of the system needs serious review. Would not recommend AT ALL to anyone considering a stay at a Sonder property!!

Very nice space. The staff were very helpful sorting out a reservation problem. The room was very comfortable for 2. The kitchen was very convenient and well supplied. There is good shopping at a Metro grocery store less than a 10-minute walk away.

First time at a Sonder. Would definitely use again! So glad I purchased the parking spot! Underground secure, temperature controlled area! For winter time in Toronto that was fantastic! Place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed!

Great place to stay in Toronto. Incredibly large private terrasse. The beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable. We felt very safe and our room was quite spacious ! Loved the experience renting from Sonder. Definitely top of my list for future bookings.
