I had a good stay here! I was very nervous because of some of the bad reviews on here. Check in was pretty smooth. We had a beautiful view and it was a nice and clean place. I would stay here again! It is central to downtown so it is close to everything. I am happy to say my experience was positive.

I booked this property through Expedia. When we arrived the additional bedding was still wet in the dryer, there was no second blanket even though it said you could use the sofa bed, the mirror in the front entrance was smashed and closet door didn’t close, there was no top sheet on the bed and it was wet in the dryer and had to be made, fridge was warm smelt gross and the freezer didn’t work, the front entrance flooring was broken and lifted not attached, none of the electrical plug ins in the bedroom worked or the lamp, the blinds were half broken and in the closet and you can see outside, there was no door on the bedroom and there was no hot water on Friday morning. The suite is disgusting and looks absolutely nothing like what was pictured or shown on Expedia when we booked it. It took me hours and hours on the phone, so much frustration, a ruined trip to Toronto, and a toll on my mental health before the issue was resolved almost a week later. Expedia finally provided a refund but not after a fight. All I can say is I’d never ever book again with them and whatever you do make sure you take videos and pictures of your accommodations, and if you have any issues tell the hosts in writing and contact Expedia. Document everything in writing!

Hotel situated 5 minute walk from the riverfront and short walking distance to both Roger center and Scotia arena with plenty of shopping/eating places, and an additional bonus it was a short distance from Union station. The BAD was 1 working elevator for floor 1 thru 29, so it was very slow. The room was terrible though, a broken window covered with plywood in the main bedroom blocking views outside. The floors of the kitchen and parts of the living room was missing some of the flooring which made floor uneven causing tripping. Their solution was to patch it over with additional carpet. The sliding door for the window was off its track making it difficult to open

One window was broken and boarded up but had a gap at the top so caused cold air to come in. Floor was also damaged and not repaired properly, if at all. Also got informed only 2 days before our stay that we had to pay extra for cleaning . No mention off this was made when we booked.

Please ensure bed sheets and towels are clean and ready for guests. During my stay I had to wash the towels myself as they were sitting in a pile on the bathroom floor when I arrived. I would also recommend getting new pillows for the bed. Aside from a few housekeeping trouble areas, the overall stay was great and I would come again.

Our experience at this property is that it was very conveniently located. The building was fine however, the unit itself was below average. The floor was badly damaged, couch was not good at all, pillows were terrible. The bed was comfortable and the unit, washroom and kitchen were all clean. We received a receipt indicating that we have a room and parking and when we arrived had to pay additional money for the parking. All people we spoke with were very helpful. Instructions to get to our parking were beyond confusing and stressful . Security at the building was very good. We would not return to this unit in the future.

Not worth the money.

Communication wasn’t best. I had to wait an hour to be given the unit info to get access as security have no info. Hotel.com assistant on chat wasn’t the most helpful. The rooms flooring was broken and I had to take the rug to cover it as it was dangerously splintered. There was no WiFi and no kettle. The bathrooom was dusty and the filter in the dryer was full of dust. Carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. I informed the owner of this and was told bay suites would be in touch. They called once when I was asleep. Issues were never rectified. Not worth the money. Only good thing was distance from the station and waterfront.

The roo when I arrived and the toilet was clogged and overflowed. The customer service representative told me to send them photos on WhatsApp. They did not respond until 10:30pm, then never replied to my messages until I said I would be filing a complaint on Expedia. Completely unacceptable. The rooms are beat up, not well cleaned and as mentioned above, customer service is terrible until you threaten action.

Their was socks left in the openon floor..laundry in machine which was not a problem but hope the rewash....bathroom needs renovation....had no idwa I was to use what's app. I have it but only use when out of country..First bathrooom had a paper towel roll in bathrooom cut in half for toilet paper...no wonder it loook like it had flooded before as laminated warped....location was fantastic

Blood on bedroom wall. Outlets in kitchen did not work and were visibly broken with exposed electrical work. Coffee maker not operational. All curtains in living room had been torn down, holes all in the ceiling where they were previously. Nice building, terribly managed unit. Would not recommend.

This was by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. My wife felt uncomfortable and hesitant to sleep on the sheets, which had hairs and stains. The manager was very helpful and arranged for housekeeping the next day to change the bedding and mop the floors. The suite itself has a great location and plenty of space, but unfortunately, it’s poorly cleaned and not well maintained. Sadly, I would never choose to stay here again.

This was the worst stay possible. For starters, their check in process is sketchy and confusing. We had asked to check in slightly early as we had landed in Toronto at 10AM and check in wasn’t until 5pm. We were allowed to drop off our items while the “cleaners” were there cleaning. When we were finally done our long wait to be able to go in and relax, some man came into the condo without warning to finish laundry and drop off toilet paper. It startled us as we weren’t told he was going to be there past 5. They did a piss poor job of cleaning, most of the condo was still dirty and had many problems. Stained carpets, stained lamp shades, floor lifting (a tripping hazard), cracks in toilet and counter in the bathroom, the drain was so clogged the tub would fill with water as you showered, paint splatters on floors/door handles/light fixtures. The kitchen had no hand towels or paper towels and had an old and dirty used dish sponge. Dishes were mismatched and minimal utensils that were also mismatched (3 forks, 1 spoon, 8 butter knives, 2 sharp knives). The bed was very firm and uncomfortable but sunk in on the middle. The unit was nothing like the pictures on the ad, and was advertised at 12 York but we actually stayed in 14 York. The first night the fire alarm went off, so we grabbed all of our belongings and had to walk down 24 flights of stairs. When we reached the lobby we were told it was a false alarm where we witness a firefighter getting visibly getting upset with front

Check in was confusing. I had submitted all the required documents the morning we left for Toronto. When we got there I was told they hadn't received the security deposit and then had to e-transfer them before they would give me the room details. I then had to redo all the information on an IPAD at the concierge's desk. The room condition was atrocious! The hallway closet doors were off their track so access to the washer/dryer was not possible. All the vertical blinds had pieces missing and look like a dog chewed them. We had to dress in the bathrooms to not be seen by neighbours. There was water damage to the floors which made them heave and we constantly tripped over them. Huge hole in the wall by the bathroom. Main bedroom door was ripped off and we saw it under an air mattress on the balcony. Balcony was filthy. Windows and door tracks were also filthy. Not a fork to be found in the kitchen although there were many spoons. Walls were dirty and marks on them. Neither bathroom had towel racks. Linens were clean however. All this at a very expensive price!
