I had an amazing experience at The Westin Harbour Castle. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — truly exceptional service! Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt, and the views of the harbour were simply stunning. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. The hotel room was clean and the service was great. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear loud talking and laughing from other guests. Thankfully, our room was insulated enough so we were able to sleep in and not be bothered by unruly guests. The bed was soft and I felt very comfortable. We stayed in the room with a balcony and lake view. I was worried we would hear noise from the water taxi but it wasn't bad at all. Only 2 elevators were working so we had to wait a long time for them. We ended up trying to find the stairs. The staff saw us look for the stairs and told us to use the staff elevator instead. These little moments is what makes the hotel stay wonderful. Overall, I had a good experience, and will definitely consider staying here again. But next time, I'd book a corner room with a full lake view instead of the balcony (too cold to enjoy sitting outside).

breakfast was O.K. but they don't have control on the products some products was empty and more then 30 minutes i wait to refill. only i complained they start to move. no manager of the breakfast activities as we found in a similar hotels. The decoration was old the elevation was as was 50 years ago. Not a update business hotel.

I was in Toronto to catch a couple shows, and it made sense to spend a night at a hotel. I booked the Westin because its location made it convenient to get to the venue, and the listing said it had self parking. Parking was an important part of choosing the hotel. The Westin does NOT have self parking on site. They have valet parking only. The hotel's staff seemed surprised that I mentioned the web site clearly stated there is self parking, which seems to me there's a bit of bait and switch going on. I would not have booked if their website had said "Valet only." The hotels staff also very cheerfully told me to part at a nearby lot - all of which were full because the MLB playoff are on. So instead of one parking fee at the hotel, I had several from a lot 10 minutes away as we had to come and go several times. As for the room? As I was trying to figure out what I was going to do, I was put in a room next to an elevator. So I had a noisy stay too. The room itself was basic. Bed uncomfortable. USB ports wouldn't charge our phones fast enough. Pretty much everything was unacceptable.
