The room was gorgeous! We had a beautiful unobscured view of the harbourfront and Toronto island. We loved relaxing in the hot tub! The Christmas displays and complimentary robes added that extra touch! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in the North Tower, the room was old and felt more like a Motel or 3 stars old hotel than The Westin. The staff was very nice, but the room was quite a disappointment. Not recommended.

I needed to change my booking - did so through Expedia. They assured me that I would be reimbursed for the one night I did not need. But the Hotel charged me anyway - $573.00, and then Expedia did NOT reimburse, even though they assured me that they would. Totally not a trustworthy company. Had I known that would happen, I would have released the booking and started over. Feeling VERY scammed.

The room was clean and the staff was welcoming, however, the last night of my stay, someone started smoking in the adjoining room which triggered my allergies…still, the manager was kind enough to discount part of my stay for the inconvenience…breakfast buffet and service was top notch though!

Locked on door aren’t secured, does not lock properly. First room did not lock at all, asked for a new room and second room did not have lock screwed on properly, anyone could’ve easily broken the door. Front desk was not warm, rooms were renovated but still felt empty and cold, wound not recommend.

The room was terribly overpriced. A lot of construction going on waking us up at 5:30 in the morning. They did change our room but when you pay $400 a night for a room I was expecting a little bit more space and it to be a little nicer. It is not exceptionally nice. The restaurant is terribly overpriced. The food is not very good and it has terrible service. Half the elevators were not working so you would have to wait sometimes 15 minutes for an elevator total nightmare. Definitely hope I don't have to stay there again.
