Great place to stay! My wife and I truly appreciated the upgrade for our honeymoon. The location is super convenient for everything youd like to do. Youre within throwing distance to the TTC underground and walking distance to Union Station. We will definitely return.

Great location. Had a beautiful 2 Queen bed room in overlooking the harbour front and lake. Front desk staff was great and breakfast room service came within 20 minutes. Great pool, gym and amenities- was lots of fun for kids. The pool and areas could use an upgrade as they are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and renovated. Only thing is AC/fan is super loud and woke me up in the middle of the night.

We enjoyed the view from our suite. Watching the water taxis and boats were nice. Beds were comfy. I found the comforter lumpy and a brown blanket too thin. Pillows are big. Staff were polite and friendly. Buffet was amazing! Weekend line ups were very long so go real early. Pool and hot tub was great and helped relax us at the end of the day.

Amazing staff and the breakfast buffet is so good, highly recommend. We did have to move rooms because of a party next door to our room, didn’t get much sleep the first night. Beautiful view of the lake from our window and lovely room.

Everything was great, except we got back to the hotel after the blue jays game and they wouldn’t give us our keys to leave for valet, we had to go to the check in desk even tho we already checked out to get the invoice and then he finally gave us the keys after 15 minutes. I would only recommend valet if you’re only gonna be there and not leave.

Amazing time here! The only issue was the elevators. On Saturday morning, during Fan Expo, they only had one elevator running. It causes long wait times and was made even longer with the single elevator having to stop at every floor where people were waiting but couldn't get on. Otherwise, awesome location, everything is walkable. Beautiful views.
