The hotel is cheap to stay at. The people at the front desk are really nice. But the rooms need a definite update. The carpets looked very dirty, there was mould around the bathtub and plus the sliding door to the balcony definitely needs to be updated at the room that we stayed in. My husband and I stayed there recently and it was hard to open the sliding door. Good thing we both had our cell phones because the sliding door got stuck to the point that we couldn’t enter back into our room. We had to call front desk for somebody to open up our hotel room door

The property was clean and easy to find. It was easy to get around to all of the places that we wanted to see. Parking was plentiful, although the instructions were a little confusing outside. The lobby was clean and bright. Check in was very simple. Our room was clean and welcoming. The furniture was clean and comfortable. 6 choices of pillows made it very easy to find a comfortable one. We had booked on line and I made an error with our reservation. When we returned to the hotel Tuesday afternoon our keys didn't open the door. We got new keys from the girl at the front desk. Later a manager came to our room and explained that we made an error. He was kind and accommodating saying he had extended our stay 1 more night and everything was fine. The only thing that I found surprising was the charge for parking, I had not seen it online or was told at check in.

Normally stay here for work and it’s a great hotel. Today and yesterday they decided to rent out the hotel to a movie set. Couldn’t check in for 45 mins. No elevators and the movie set people where very rude.no hot water and cabs had no way in to pick us up. So disappointing and I guess the movie set was more important than guests. The room next to my room was having a crane set up early morning , so no rest. Not even any warning.

The location of the hotel is good. In a quiet place, though far from downtown. The linen was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. Housekeeping was very good. The carpet is very old and needs replacement. The grill & bistro area is dull. It can be spiced up. Dinner & breakfast were good, Check-in was fair, but the lady & man on 29th August at the reception were very gloomy. They can benefit from some customer care training. We were denied our request for an additional 30 minutes on the checkout time. We were to leave for the airport at 14.00hrs.

The first room offered was a terrible one. My wife and children were about to vomit due to odour inside the room. Upon request they changed the room yet less smelly. Can’t believe I paid this much for this blunder. Later I went on to Google reviews and found the truth. By now, it is too late as kids were too tired to move out. One of the receiptionists does not know how to smile and found out to be more of a teacher. The one that I was being served was professional. Not recommended at all!

This was our third time staying here on a trip to Toronto and we will stay here again. Staff here are very accommodating. Location is not too far from public transit to downtown or the burbs and will only get better once the East/West Eglinton LRT line has opened(currently being tested.).

I havr stayed at his hotel plenty of times and always enjoyed my stay, My first room was horribly hot , the air conditioner had broke so they had .portable one set up, but the ply wood that was used for portable air conditioner fell out of the patio door slider and landed on my toe, very painful. I called he front desk, they said they were full for the nighr so they could check me out now, or I stay in the room 🙄 After a heated verbal exchange , i was able to move to a differnet room with a working air conditioner and i could.safely.access the balcony. From that point onmy stay was great and the room was in perfect condition. It is really too bad the situation
