I had a wonderful 2 nights stay. The suite was clean and full kitchen came very handy. The staff were helpful and polite. The Location is unmatched. Everything is walking distance or a quick subway ride. As a woman solo travel, I felt safe and left with great memories.

This was my 2nd time here and this time we had an older room. It was still nice and clean but just decore and wall paint, floors were scratched up and old looking. Recommend asking for a newer room! Friendly staff, very helpful and room was kept very clean. Price was decent and not overall high. Will stay again!

Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet room with no interruptions in the early mornings..Gym is on top floor(above pent house suites).Can hear extremely loud banging throughout hotel from 7am on. Staff will do nothing about it. Advertises that rooms have accessible balconies, however they are locked and not accessible. Very disappointed.
