Staff was great, we were giving a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. Suite was great, clean comfortable, if a little dated. Great location, right where we needed to be, easy walk to Bloor Street and Yonge. Great price for downtown hotel.

While checking in the front desk asked if I wanted to upgrade for no additional cost , this was shocking but very helpful and kind of her. The room was beautiful, no amenities but if you need a nice place to stay for a couple of days this would be the spot!

Terrible stay. Arrived in the middle of a snowstorm. Hassled on trying to check in by rude staff who apparently needed to see THREE different pieces of ID. Photos are nothing like the actual rooms. The rooms are obviously renovated apartments, and they are not renovated well, they still look very old with a bit of paint thrown on. Rooms were cold. Tried to cook some spaghetti, the only option was a metal spatula with a teflon pan, classy. Though the photos show balconies, the doors are locked shut and guests are not given keys for 'safety' despite that I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and not once ever have balcony doors been locked to guests, so apparently the safest hotel in the universe. Lots of other options nearby at the same price point that no doubt offer better hospitality as well as better quality accommodations. Would definitely not stay again.

We stayed at the 26th floor. All was good until the Noise started at 4:30am. Above our floor was the gym,that were the noise was coming from. Other than this it was good.

Great location and very good value for the price. The building looks nice and staff were friendly. It’s more of an apartment-style stay (no room service or daily cleaning), and there were some minor cleanliness issues on arrival. Parking is an extra $45. Overall, a good stay if you know what to expect.

Hotel is very conveniently located nearby Yorkville attractions, transit, and the room provided was spotless and offered all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay or a stay for a week. Loved having the kitchenette.
