Our stay here was great all around. We booked the “Suite, one bedroom” and we were pleasantly surprised. Two big rooms separated by a door, perfect for our son to sleep in the quiet living room while we watched tv in the bedroom. Beds were comfortable, temperature easily accessible to keep the room cool as we like it and warmer for our son on his side. The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast changed everyday to keep things interesting and the staff was polite and always smiling. Real five star accommodations

The room was better than expected for the price, with a full kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. Unfortunately, after a 12-hour drive and arriving at 11 pm, we found dark, red-brown stains on the carpet near the bed—enough to raise cleanliness concerns. We were moved to a new room, but it was a hassle, especially being tired and having to repack and move far down the hall. The new room felt smaller, and the bed wasn’t stable—the head lifted off the floor when you sat at the end. The pool was nice, and we liked the music there. Breakfast was disappointing: pastries weren’t good, options were limited, and it closed early at 9:30. Staff were pleasant during the few interactions we had.

One of the HVAC units was not plugged in. The electrical receptacle located under the HVAC unit had expoded wires and when I tried to plug it in, there was a sort circuit which results in a very bright flash and loss of power to the entire suite. I was fortunate not to be seriously injured. The hotel staff moved us to another room where one of the bed was covered in crumbs. iT aslo took over an hour to have blankets, pillows and sheets for this bed delivered.
