I can’t believe they rent out this place as a hotel. I don’t know how students can live here, and sleep on this mattress. The shower was so dirty that I had to go somewhere else to shower. There was no AC (at least I couldn’t adjust the temperature) as mentioned in the ad.

Quiet, good location, relatively clean, affordable. I would definitely stay there again. It's a bit basic, so not like a hotel. No coffee machine in the room, shared bath, but all that is tolerable. I just needed a place to sleep while attending business meetings downtown. This served that purpose.

I would not recommend it for seniors or anyone with a walking impairment. My fault as I did not experience university residence life. Parking is a long distance and you can't park overnight! No place for food or drinks. Would never think of it again.

The location is excellent, close to downtown Toronto, which is very convenient for restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Receptionists who are students are very kind and friendly. The inside of the facility is a bit complicated, but excellent security. The room is just functional and acceptable for the price.

Good location, decent value, but the heat was on in the building for some reason and it was June 1. Weather was cooler than normal but it was very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room. Even with windows open, we were sweating all night. The beds were not comfortable but they were adequate for one night. Would probably not stay again in the summer- not having an accessible thermostat could make for an unbearable night here.

Safe and secure residence of UoT in the downtown area. Perfect location, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. I enjoyed the whole experience, except for the bed quality - so noisy and had stains. If you are travelling alone, this is a perfect option.
