Hotel was beautiful and the entire staff is amazing. Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend staying with people unless you’re extremely comfortable with them because there is no bathroom privacy or anywhere to change clothes in private.

I was a bit disappointed with the room. The blackout drapes didn’t fully close leaving a two inch gap, the power outlet next to the bed didn’t work and the iron was dirty (stained my shirt).

Lovely staff and clean room. Room layout was very odd with no separate bathroom. It is odd walking directly into the room from the shower with no privacy. Walls were very thin, so you could hear other guests in the halls at all times. The lighting panel was also very difficult to control and confusing. You can tell this hotel was converted from a previous hotel and I don’t think the layout of the hotel meets the intended price point or W hotel standard.

The hotel is under major renovations so there is a lot of noise. There are no public spaces to sit and the only available space is the restaurant where you are forced to purchase their food otherwise you can’t sit there. I’m sure it will be better once renovations are over but not a great environment in the meantime for the price.

Great big rooms but not to guest oriented

I went downstairs on a Saturday at 11:20 and apparently tje chef could not remember how to scramble 2 eggs. I asked for the hard boiled eggs that were on the salad but the waiter thought i wanted the whole salad along with the gazpacho soup and the charcuterie platter. Expensive breakfast. Coffee s just average. And could someone please tell me why your cable doesn’t have FOX News????? Also the hotel is too DARK. Black EVERYTHING.
