The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! The staff were brilliant… our door locks battery failed so we were locked out but the cleaner tried to help and called maintenance and he was there within 5 mins. Excellent service from everyone!

Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. Friendly staff, simple check in. Lobby areas are exceptionally well maintained, comfortable amd inviting. The bedroom looks amazing, the view from 207 across torquay, paignton and parts of brixham was truly lovely. Breakfast was tasty, well presented and enjoyable. Sadly, either the mattress isnt too my taste, or it needs replacing - quite uncomfortable. Lastly, the bathroom is in desperate need of a detail clean. Mildew/mould on shower head, clearly been there a very long time and the air vents are so clogged with dust they dont work which caused condensation in the room. I'd absolutely return if it was a newer mattress and clean bathroom, but without those it is not making it to my list of hotels I'd visit again (and i spend a lot of time in hotels!)
