Lovely stay in Torquay

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Room was a but tight for 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog but was fine for a few nights. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, half eaten pair left under the sofabed, random hair on shower wall and in the bed. Really good breakfast spread, which took me by surprise and great location

Lovely hotel Staff are lovely. Cleaners who never get enough credit and kitchen and waiting staff absolutely excellent. Hotel is clean, modern and well kept. Walking distance to shops, the harbour and many wating and drinking places I will definitely book again. Thank you Hampton Hilton for a delightful stay in Torquay x

My room was unclean, marks on the duvet and unclean carpet. Took 3 requests and 5 hours to change the duvet! At breakfast 2 employees were talking and one shared that both coffee machines need cleaning, as they are full of gunk (verbatim). Upon leaving we were not ask how was our stay. Location is great though

As always excellent..fab location for harbour and station ,relaxed breakfast area and so nice to see so many people with well behaved dogs able to enjoy a stay..dont let a pet friendly hotel put you off,it is immaculately clean and there are 2 areas at breakfast 1 pet friendly, all round excellent consistent accommodation.

Accessible room, excellent as usual, Bed comfortable and room “serviced “ daily. Breakfast very varied choices catering for differing requirements. Coffee machines offering a full range of Coffees. Ample varied tea bags , sugars and sweeteners. Cereal dispenser and pots of porridge and individually wrapped Weetabix - plenty of Marmite 😁 and jams in individual portions and of course the lovely Kate and staff always attentive and clearing tables and restocking. 3 rd visit this year for us!

Some hotels you stay in look a bit dated. This hotel was refreshingly up to date and extremely clean. Lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom Staff we spoke to were very polite and friendly. Good choice of food for Breakfast. Although there is no car park, the Harbour car park is just arpund the corner and you can get a 4 or 8 day permit which enables you to park in any Torbay Council car park. Will go back to Torquay and no hesitation in booking this hoteal again.

A decent hotel with good, spacious rooms for a family of four. The staff were lovely and the breakfast options were great. My children especially enjoyed being able to make their own waffles with Nutella. We had a great stay.

Stinky smells in room 208 as you open the door.

The place is just walking distance to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Breakfast are good. Comfy bed. The only worst thing is it smells so bad everytime we open the door going in, it’s only that part immediately open the door from outside. I don’t know where it is coming from bcoz it don’t smell in the toilet, not inside the room. Only upon opening the room, maybe from the vent. I didn’t bother to inform the staff in reception as smell fades away. I should have really. We stayed in room 208. Kindly inform the hotel so they can check please.
