A well-equipped apartment with an ample terrace closed with glass curtains. The community pool is conveniently situated within the beautiful communal gardens. There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 persons. From the lounge you step out onto a large wrap-around terrace suitably decorated and perfectly equipped for enjoying the Spanish sunshine.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, sidhwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath with shower.

There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

Full A/C throughout.
