The kitchen, gourmet and with ample sea views, is fully equipped with first class appliances and annexed service area. The property has an outdoor area to comfortably park 2 vehicles. There is an indoor parking space. On the ground floor there is a double apartment with separate bathroom, this apartment has direct access to the garden and the pool. The apartment has no air conditionning, but fun.
