High price for low service. Restaurant had a poor menu, not offering Greek as per description due to Covid recovery and replaced will low quality fried food. An extra towel had to be charged for, while we were already paying a lot. Breakfast was good though, surprisingly. Not worth the money.

Minsta toaletten jag upplevt

Bor pÄ hotell 1 v per mÄnad i Sverige. Detta hotell var ett av de sÀmre och -dÄ ett betyg pÄ över 9. Hade ett enkelrum och toaletten var sÄ liten sÄ jag knappt kom in. Otroligt dÄlig service pÄ frukosten och utbudet var bedrövligt. Priset var dÀremot högt. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell.

Hotellet i sig var helt ok. Bra renlighet. Problemet Àr just lÀget mitt i Torsby. Stan, sÀrskilt under helgen, plÄgas hela natten lÄng av högljudda bilar, med vrÄlande avgaser och olidligt hög musik. Om du fÄr rum mot gatan kommer du inte sova. Jag fick byta rum vilket jag Àr tacksam för. Som sagt, hotellet Àr bra, det Àr Torsby det Àr fel pÄ!

Dubbelrummet var vĂ€ldigt litet och slitet, framförallt badrummet. Luktade starkt av ’doftpinnar’. NĂ„got som tickade i rummet. Men rent och prydligt. Bra service vid check-in och frukosten öppnades trots att vi verkade vara de end gĂ€sterna. Helt ok frukostutbud (bĂ€ttre Ă€n förvĂ€ntat!) men saknade vatten och filmjölk.
