The flat overlooks a magnificent courtyard that is particularly typical of Toulouse buildings. Located on the ground floor, the 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and comprises a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. The checkin and checkout processes were very inconvenient. Having to locate and travel 15 -20 minutes to go to a machine to get our keys was bad news. Plus when we left, the kiosk didn't work and I had to mail the keys back which cost 66 and the damage deposit was taken. Hopefully, that deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys . We are very unhappy with this experience. Why can't you use a lock box with a code right outside the apartment?
