Staff was warm friendly professional Breakfast excellent !!! 24 hour gym was excellent all machines worked well and enjoyed BBC TV to keep up with stock market and world events so much better than CNN I used gym 2 hours everyday during my 8 day stay wonderful area a/c worked very well and loved option of having opening all windows I will definitely return for a months stay May 2026 Front desk manager Nicolas was professional yet warm and friendly new employee Remi at front desk was always their to laugh and his recommendations for restaurant and areas to visit were excellent!!!!

A Day in Toulouse

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we did not hear any street noise. Nearby parking is available and I had prearranged it with a better rate being offered through the hotel. The location was very central making it easy for us to walk to all of the sights we visited. There are lots of shops and restaurants immediately in the area. I would definitely recommend staying at the Plaza Hotel.

The room had a small window facing into the hotel quadrant so was very dark with hardly any natural light. The shower was weak and wouldnt stay in position. On the positive, it was centrally located and good for shopping and restaurants.

It was a great location, plenty to do and see within walking distance. Lots of people. For those that need good air circulation or A/C, this hotel was a little lacking, or maybe it was just the room we stayed in. Europe on a whole doesn't believe in A/C as muct as we Americans do.

Ideal base for exploring Toulouse

Although the entrance and reception area feel a bit tired, and the rooms perhaps slightly dated, this was an ideal place to stay to explore Toulouse. It couldn’t be more central. The beds are comfortable, the rooms quiet - even ours which overlooked the Place du Capitole - and the staff helpful and accommodating.

Outstanding location. Close to everything by foot including sites, museums, shopping, and many restaurants. We had a very comfortable and quiet room, and the breakfast was very generous with a variety of items. We would definitely come back.
