Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) just 20 minutes from Toulouse, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and office space for telecommuting
- A bathroom with shower and WC

- A 6 m² balcony with furniture (a table and two chairs) to enjoy the sunny days with its unobstructed view.
The apartment is ideally located in Castanet-Tolosan, in a very pleasant environment just 20 min from Toulouse. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
