Amazing air conditioning which was much needed given the heatwave. Just a one night stop ahead of a morning flight but room was quiet, rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening drink. Kids loved the table tennis.

The Social Hub Toulouse was a very clean and nice facility. However, as “seasoned” travelers, I can say that we felt “ageism” or “anti-Americanism” at play with the staff. Upon arrival, we were told that the bar was closed at the pool due to the holiday…false. We were also told there were no restaurants open near the hotel. Again false, as there was a pub in the hotels back yard open. When we came back to the hotel and let them know, the staff gave a dismissive response. The staff needs some education on how to treat all of its paying customers, not just the young ones, with respect,

Originally was given a room that had not been cleaned. Following room had a full bin that had no been emptied. Human-less check in which I find uncomfortable and cold when solo travelling and rude staff when I asked for a new room. Bar staff also rude and upset me when I tried to say that the large group of men he served before me were behind me in the queue

This is a very social hotel, hence the name. So if you want lively interaction this is for you. Even with my preference for discretion when traveling I found this hotel good for me. It is an easy twenty minute walk from everything to see in Toulouse. Attentive service.
