You will find a few steps from the residence several fast food (McDo, Quick, Kebab, Asian restaurants ...) in the pedestrian street as well as a huge choice of restaurants from the cheap to the most chic. There are also various brands such as Maisons du Monde, Printemps, H & M, Fred Aston, Courrir, Levi's store, Calzedonia and many fashion boutiques.
